Most of us probably have to deal with work emails after hours, thanks to the technology nowadays. In France, the works can now choose legally to ignore work emails from Jan 1, 2017.

A new employment law has been implemented which require companies with over 50 people to negotiate the terms of sending work emails after hours. They should also define the rights of employees to ignore them.
